>Today, I’m going to focus on something that doesn’t have anything to do with politics or race (well, depending on how you look at it…).
I’m a reporter for a small newspaper in suburban Atlanta and, overall, it’s been a good experience. All my sources have been very helpful in making sure I understand the information and issues that I’m covering.
However, working with my editor can be….very stressful. She has been described as a bully, intimidating, unreasonable, disrespectful and downright insane. No, these are not my words; these are the words of my co-workers.
Have any of you worked with someone who fits the above description? Have you ever been anxious and worried about going into work?
If so, how did you cope? Did you stay with your company or did you find another job?
